The City of West University Place has negotiated with the city of Houston to allow West U residents to dispose of their items at Houston's facilities starting in December 2012. The program is offered to all West U residents. In order to participate, residents will need to request a voucher from the West University Place Public Works Dept.

Voucher Facts
- The vouchers cover the $75 fee otherwise charged by the city of Houston.
- Vouchers will be limited and dispensed on a "1st come, 1st served" basis.
- Maximum weight limit is 100 pounds, so be sure to take as much as possible on your visit.
Claiming a Voucher
All vouchers must be claimed
in-person at the West U Public Works office located at 3826 Amherst Street, during normal business hours (8:00am - 5:30pm)
