Today, October 31, 2017 at approximately 11:05 AM, a victim was robbed in the 6200 block of Rutgers. The victim was returning home from the bank and it is possible that the suspects followed the victim from that location.

The victim described the suspect as a heavy build, black male with a big beard and approximately 30 years of age. The suspect was clad in a brown Carhartt styled jacket and blue jeans. The suspect jumped out of a newer model black Cadillac Escalade which fled south on Rutgers to University Blvd then east on University Blvd.
