NOTICE:

To the Registered and Qualified Voters of the City of West University Place, Texas:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of West University Place will conduct a General Election, which will be jointly held with Harris County, on May 6, 2023 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. for the purpose of voting in a general election to elect one Mayor and four (4) Council Members.

Early voting by personal appearance: Early voting by personal appearance will take place during the period of April 24 through May 2 during the hours designated by the County Election Administrator, the Early Voting Clerk, and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the TEXAS ELECTION CODE.

Where to vote: Residents can vote at the West University Place Municipal Building at 3800 University Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77005 or at any polling location designated by the County during Early Voting and on Election Day.

Applications for ballot by mail: Applications must be received by the Harris Elections Administrator no later than the close of business on April 25, 2023, by USPS at Harris County Elections Office, P. O. Box 1148, Houston, Texas 77251-1148 or by Common or contract carrier at 1001 Preston, 4th Floor, Houston, Texas 77002.

Federal Post Card Applications (FPCAs): Applications must be received no later than the close of business on April 25, 2023.
