Storm Water Management Plan

The Plan (often referred as the City's MS4)

The city has prepared a Storm Water Management Plan (PDF) in compliance with the Storm Water Discharge Permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). The Storm Water Management Plan is a pollution prevention plan, not a flood prevention plan.
