Attention - Utility Providers and Utility Project Representatives: Prior to performing any type of right of way construction, you are required to obtain a ROW and Low Impact construction permit. Please complete an application (PDF) and submit to General Information at the Public Works Department.
The City engages in self-locates of underground utilities. The City uses the American Public Works Association (APWA) color coding standards when marking underground utilities. Please contact the City directly for utility locates. All other locates will be facilitated through 811.
Requirements
Your application must be accompanied by one electronic copy and at least 1 hard copy of the plans/schematics for the proposed work. Your application and plans will be reviewed, and you will be contacted back as soon as possible thereafter.
