City offices will be closed for the Thanksgiving Holiday on Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26. Offices will reopen on Monday, November 29.
The West University Place Recreation Center will only be closed Thursday, November 25. Visit www.westutx.gov/parks for a complete listing of upcoming holiday hours.
November 25 – There will be no curbside trash, recycling or yard waste collection. Trash, recycling, and yard waste normally scheduled for Thursday will be collected on Wednesday, November 24.
November 26 - Trash, recycling, and yard waste will be collected per normal Friday schedule.
Now – December 2
Uncarved pumpkins will be accepted in yard waste collection and will be composted.
Carved pumpkins will be accepted in trash collection and will be sent to regular collection facilities.
