Utilities & Billing

The responsibilities of the Utility Billing Office include starting new services, terminating services, processing bills, and customer inquiries.

Active account holders' bill may include services for water, sewer, and solid waste. Other services that may be charged are alarm monitoring service (Direct Link), annual alarm permit fees, false alarm fees, and special collection fees.

Paperless Statements

Go Green & Go Paperless! If you already have an account through our online payments website, Point & Pay, you can sign up there for paperless statements. Don’t have a Point & Pay account? You can get one through the Point & Pay Portal.  You can also send an email to Billing Help to request paperless statements and the Utility Department can make that change for you.

Starting/Stopping Services

Each renter/owner is responsible for connecting and terminating their own utility service. Click to start or stop service.
