Utilities & Billing
June 1, 2020 - City Hall Open
Effective Monday, June 1, 2020, City Hall is open to the public and we can accept utility payments in person. However, we still encourage you to use various other options available when making a payment on your West U utility account. You can mail in the payment, utilize our City drop box which is located on Amherst St. next to the USPS mailbox near the fire department, or pay via our online payment portal at Pay Utility Bill Online.
- If you want to come into City Hall, members of the public are highly encouraged to wear an appropriate face covering when entering City facilities.
- Residents are still encouraged to continue conducting customer service transactions remotely when possible.
- In accordance with Governor Abbott’s Executive Order GA-23, people over the age of 65 are still strongly encouraged to stay at home as much as possible and to maintain appropriate distance from any member of the household who has been out of the residence in the previous 14 days.
