Utilities & Billing
April 6, 2020 - COVID-19 UPDATE – UTILITY PAYMENTS NO LONGER ACCEPTED IN PERSON
While we enjoy the one on one interaction with our customers wanting to pay their utility bills in person, we feel that it is necessary to stop accepting utility payments in person for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Effective Monday April 6, 2020, utility payments will only be accepted electronically, via the mail or placed in our utility payment drop box located on Amherst Street behind City Hall and the Fire Station.
For information to pay your bill online, visit our online payment portal at Pay Utility Bill Online. If you have any questions, it is best to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or you can reach us by phone at 713.662.5824.
We apologize for any inconvenience and look forward to the time when we can see those familiar faces.
Thank you - The West University Place Utility Billing Department
