The design of Phase II of the Facilities Master Plan is currently in progress and residents are encouraged to take note of the upcoming town hall meetings. During these meetings, residents will have an opportunity to provide feedback to city staff and consultants on related topics.

New Building Programming Town Hall Meeting
This town hall meeting is to inform residents about current programs offered by the City's Senior Services division and the library services provided by Harris County Library District. Additionally, the meeting will seek input on current and desired senior service and library programs by conducting an in-person survey on household use of the existing facilities and programs. Feedback on programs gathered from this townhall, as well as, previous surveys and board input will be used to determine how the new facilities will accommodate these programs. Officials from the city and the design team from Pierce Goodwin Alexander & Linville (PGAL) will moderate the meeting.

Urban Planning Concept Review Town Hall Meeting
The purpose of this town hall is to review possible design concepts from Terrain Studio on urban planning streetscape, gather feedback from the community on the proposed concepts, and incorporate comments from this meeting into the options that will be presented to the City Council during a workshop on Monday, June 24.
