6/17/25:On Wednesday, June 18, the Parks and Recreation Department registration software system (Rectrac/Webtrac) will undergo maintenance starting at 8 p.m. This maintenance update will affect both customers and staff, temporarily disabling the ability to use the registration software system to make purchases, book or manage reservations, and process check-ins.
This maintenance period aims to improve services by migrating to the provider's new cloud-based system and is expected to be completed by the end of the day on Thursday, June 19. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Members will receive an email notification once the system has been restored.
