On Friday, October 21 the City of West University Place Parks and Recreation Department will host their fourth annual Halloween celebration.
There will be an evening of pumpkin decorating, face painting and costume contests. The costume contest will be for different age groups, so make sure the whole family comes in their spookiest attire.
Stay after the event for Movies in the Park which will start at 7:00pm. The featured movie will be "Hotel Transylvania 2", rated PG.
