The City has concluded the temporary free chlorine conversion water treatment and has returned to normal chloramine treatment. During the transition period back to the city’s normal chloramine treatment it is typical to notice taste and odor changes along with a slight discoloration to the water. Any noticeable water quality changes associated with conversions are normally short-lived and are not public health risks.
