Upon arrival, the officer observed the vehicle stopped in a moving lane of traffic where the driver was asleep at the wheel. Upon investigation it was discovered the driver showed signs of intoxication and appeared to be in danger to himself/others if left alone. The driver (Hutson, David) was taken into custody for a DWI. The driver has no previous criminal history.
