|22-0321 ||Public Intoxication|
An officer observed an individual asleep behind the wheel of a vehicle in the 5800 block of Rutgers. The officers made contact with the individual who was later found to be intoxicated. The individual was placed in custody for public intoxication.
|22-0322 ||Assault by Threat|
A police officer was flagged down in the 3900 block of Marquette. The individual stated another driver had pulled a gun out on them while driving on the road. The individual followed the driver in question to 3900 block of Marquette. Upon police arrival an investigation was conducted but the Harris County District Attorney’s office declined to accept charges against the aggressor.
Unlawful Carry of Weapon
|An officer observed a vehicle in the 6000 block of Buffalo Speedway with expired vehicle registration. During the traffic stop, it was discovered the suspect was in possession of Drug Paraphernalia and a handgun. The driver was taken into custody for unlawful carrying a weapon. |
|22-0324 ||Virtual Gate ||The virtual gate system alerted an officer to a vehicle listed with warrants traveling in the 5300 block of Wakeforest, where a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle in the 6100 block of Wakeforest. Through investigation it was discovered the suspect driving the vehicle had outstanding warrants. The suspect was taken into custody.|

Through investigation it was discovered the driver recently purchased the vehicle and was unaware the plates displayed on the vehicle were stolen. |

An officer observed a vehicle in the 4200 block of Bissonnet with no valid vehicle registration. During the traffic stop, it was discovered the suspect was in possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

|22-0329 ||Identity Theft ||An officer was dispatched to West University Place Police Department in reference to an identity theft that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered an unknown suspect gained access to the victim’s identity and used their personal information to attempt to receive funds from the victim’s bank account without consent.|
|22-0330 ||Unlawful Possession of a Firearm ||An officer observed a vehicle in the 6400 block of Annapolis with heavily tinted windows. During the traffic stop, it was discovered the suspect was in possession of a handgun. The driver was taken into custody for unlawful possession of a weapon by a felon.|
|22-0331||Minor Accident-FSGI||An officer was dispatched the 3700 block of Georgetown in reference to a minor accident. Upon arrival, it was discovered the victim’s car had been hit by an unknown suspect(s) that had fled without giving information.|
|22-0332 ||BMV ||An officer was dispatched to the 3100 block of Nottingham for a BMV that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the unknown suspects took the victims items from their vehicle without consent.|
