Last seen on Tuesday, 09/16/2025, at approximately 3:51 PM, walking northbound on Kirby Drive near Bissonnet. The missing individual is a 78-year-old male who suffers from dementia. He is approximately 5’10” tall and was last seen wearing a dark blue turban/head covering, a dark gray and blue T-shirt, and gray pants.
