A traffic stop was conducted and after investigation, the driver (Shannon Blackmon) was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, had outstanding warrants, and had provided a fictitious driver’s license. The driver was charged with Tampering with Government Records after officers discovered numerous fictitious identifying government documents within the vehicle. The driver (Shannon Blackmon) has no previous criminal history. |
