Officers were dispatched to the 6100 block of Auden in reference to a trespasser on a property. Upon arrival, the officers located the suspect (David Denny) and it was discovered the suspect was in violation of a criminal trespass warning previously issued. The suspect was placed in custody for Criminal Trespass.

An officer was dispatched to the 4000 block of Byron in reference to a dog bite that had just occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered the complainant's spouse was bitten by a dog while walking on the sidewalk.

Traffic Stop

An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 3100 block of Sunset Blvd. During the traffic stop, it was discovered the vehicle was displaying another vehicle's license plate. The license plate was confiscated and submitted for destruction. The driver was issued citations and released from the scene.

Virtual Gate Hit 

Officers were dispatched to the 6700 block of Belmont in regard to a virtual gate camera system alert regarding a stolen vehicle. Officers located the vehicle in the 3100 block of W Holcombe, where the vehicle was parked and unoccupied. The vehicle was confirmed stolen and was subsequently recovered.

Traffic Stop 

An Officer conducted a traffic stop in the 5200 block of Buffalo Speedway. After further investigation, the Officer discovered the driver did not have a driver license, failed to maintain financial responsibility and to be in possession of another vehicle’s registration. The vehicle was towed, the vehicle registrations were confiscated, and the driver was released from the scene after being issued citations.

Burglary Residence 

Officers responded to a burglary in progress at a residence in the 4100 block of Villanova. A witness observed a suspect entering a garage and leaving with a bicycle without permission. The witness provided updates on the suspect's direction of travel. An officer in the area arrived at the scene within a minute and located the suspect in the 4100 block of Tennyson. Upon seeing the officer, the suspect abandoned the stolen bicycle and attempted to flee on foot. However, the officer quickly caught up to the suspect and took him into custody. The suspect (Bernard Patrick) was charged with Burglary of a Habitation and Evading w/previous conviction. 

The suspect (Bernard Patrick) has a criminal history of:
