Additionally, tomorrow contractors will work in Zone 1 addressing hazardous hanging and leaning tree limbs in the public right-of-way.
The first pass of vegetation collection is anticipated to be completed by Tuesday, July 30. The second pass for vegetation and construction/demolition (fences, etc.) debris is currently scheduled to begin on Monday, August 5. Vegetation and construction/demolition debris will be collected by separate trucks resulting in one pile being collected before the other. Tomorrow, July 25, crews will continue collection efforts in Zone 4D, Zones 5C and 5D, and possibly Zone 6C. Additionally, contractors will work in Zone 1 and Zone 6 addressing hazardous hanging and leaning tree limbs in the public right-of-way.

The first pass may be completed earlier, but this is based on the contractor's assessment and forecasted inclement weather. 7/19/2024 at 6:30 p.m. - In an effort to provide residents with a better estimate of when crews will be working in their area, the city has broken the collection zones into subzones. Next week the city will begin placing yard signs in the areas that debris collection will occur in the coming days as a reminder to limit street parking which will impede collection efforts. Residents should also expect traffic delays when traveling in collection areas.
As of Friday, July 19, the contractor began collection efforts in Zones 2 and 3. Please see the map below with completed areas.
