11/20/2024 at 12:05 p.m. - Last night, Point & Pay's system continued to experience technical difficulties, resulting in some payments being processed while others were not. Point & Pay has informed the city that payments not received last night will be processed this evening. The City is actively working with Point & Pay to resolve this issue. In the meantime, West University Place utility customers can rest assured that late payments will not be administered due to this issue.

Point & Pay’s email system is experiencing technical difficulties and incorrectly notified customers that autopay payments would not be processed due to a connection error. Please be advised that this message was sent in error and no action is required from customers.
The City is working with Point & Pay to address this error and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
