Upon arrival, it was discovered the suspect was asked to leave the business but refused. When the officer made contact, the suspect became irate and made several terroristic threats towards others. While attempting to detain the suspect, the individual resisted and tried to flee. Officers were able to detain the suspect. The suspect, Hikime Powell, was arrested and charged with interfering with public duties. The driver has no previous criminal history. |
