After further investigation, the Officer discovered the driver did not have a driver license, failed to maintain financial responsibility and to be in possession of another vehicle’s registration. The vehicle was towed, the vehicle registrations were confiscated, and the driver was released from the scene after being issued citations. |

A witness observed a suspect entering a garage and leaving with a bicycle without permission. The witness provided updates on the suspect's direction of travel. An officer in the area arrived at the scene within a minute and located the suspect in the 4100 block of Tennyson. Upon seeing the officer, the suspect abandoned the stolen bicycle and attempted to flee on foot. However, the officer quickly caught up to the suspect and took him into custody. The suspect (Bernard Patrick) was charged with Burglary of a Habitation and Evading w/previous conviction.
