Community Building & Senior Center Rentals (6104 Auden)

All rentals are handled through Senior Services. Below is a brief description and pricing for all the rooms available to be rented at the Community Building and Senior Center.

Quick Facts

  • You must be a West U Resident to rent any room.  If you are a Non-Resident you must be accompanied by a West U Resident the day you book your rental.
  • You must give a 14 day notice before your rental.
  • When booking your rental, there will be a two hour minimum policy. 
  • You will have to pay for the rental the day you book it.  Accepted payment forms are currently MasterCard, Visa, Discover, cash, or check. 
  • There will be a $200 deposit due upon booking, payment accepted in credit card format only.  The deposit is fully refundable, provided there are no additional fees or charges incurred during the course of your rental.
  • There will be a $55 administrative fee.
  • Your rental time must include set up and take down times.
  • The Community Building & Senior Center rental fees include the on duty staff member or rental care taker.

Please fill out and return to the Senior Services center or email the documents to Patricia Noren. 

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged if the applicant cancels the reservation at least 14 days before the event, and the remainder of the rental fee will be credited to the applicant's account for future use. If the applicant cancels the event with less than 14 days notice, no refunds will be issued.
