   If a West University Place Police Department employee has done a good job and you want to say 'thanks' you can call or visit the Police Department during regular business hours and ask to speak to a supervisor within the employee's division of assignment, or by completing the following form and submitting it electronically or via United States Postal Service to the attention of Chief of Police, 3800 University Blvd., West University Place, Tx 77005. 

   
   Your comments will be forwarded through the employee's chain of command and be reviewed by the Chief of Police. After the review, a copy of your comments will be placed in the employee's personnel file and the original document provided to the employee.
