Senior Services offers a wide variety of learning and discussion style programs to keep you engaged.  

Listed below are just a few highlighted programs that we are offering. To register, please call the office at 713 662 5895. Please register in advance so that we can contact you if an event has been changed or canceled.

Meditation (Virtual) Using Zoom

When:  Second and Fourth Wednesday of each month, 2 PM

Where:  Virtual using Zoom Call for meeting #

Price:  Free


A friendly educational group that reads Shakespeare's plays, studies his life and relevant historical information with instructor, Kate Pogue. 

When:  Fridays, 11:15 a.m. 
Where:  Community Building
Price:  $33 for 11 weeks

Caregiver's Support Group

Share similar experiences, gain knowledge and support during this monthly resource group. 

When:  Fourth Thursdays of each month, at 1:00 p.m.
Where:  Community Building
Price:  Free


A series of talks on a wide range of opera related subjects as well as preparation for upcoming HGO productions, highlighting the humanities with instructor Ann Thompson.  

When:  Fridays, at 9:30 a.m.
Where:  Community Building
Price:  $33 for 11 weeks
