Delinquent Fee	$50	Fee for accounts that are subject to disconnect due to past due status of the bill. The fee is charged on these accounts regardless if the service is disconnected or not.

Deposit	$200 $500	Maximum for residential accounts (renters) Maximum for non-residential accounts (builders, developers,commercial)
Returned Check or ACH Charge	$35	Applies to payments of all kind, e.g., taxes, permits, fees, charges, utility rates and all other purposes.
Late Fee		A 10% fee of the bill that is past due will be added to your next statement . Per City Ordinance you may request to have the late fee waived once every two years, by filling out a Late Fee Waiver Request Form.
