Overview
The Facilities Utilization Task Force will be composed of eight (8) residents with diverse perspectives regarding the use of the West University Place Library, Community Building, and Senior Center Facilities.
Objectives of the Task Force include:
- Completing an assessment
- Report on the current utilization
- List the use cases
- Producing a report on the functional and technical deficiencies
- Creating a list of requirements for a Library, Community Building, and Senior Center.
Commitment for the Facilities Utilization Task Force will conclude three (3) months following the first meeting. The Initial Task Force Meeting date and time will be decided following formal appointments and after consultation with appointees. This timeline may be extended with prior approval from the City Council.
