A witness observed a suspect entering a garage and leaving with a bicycle without permission. The witness provided updates on the suspect's direction of travel. Upon seeing the officer, the suspect abandoned the stolen bicycle and attempted to flee on foot. However, the officer quickly caught up to the suspect and took him into custody.
