3/8/24 7:26 PM | 24-0117 | Minor Accident/FSGI | An officer was dispatched to the 4000 block of Bellaire in regard to a minor accident that had already occurred. The victim said an unknown person operating a vehicle struck their vehicle and left without providing any information. |
3/9/24 2:29 PM | 24-0118 | Drug Paraphernalia | An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 6100 block of College. During the traffic stop, it was discovered the suspect was in Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. |
3/10/24 7:48 PM | 24-0119 | DWI | An officer was conducting a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 6300 block of Buffalo Speedway for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, the officer’s patrol vehicle was struck by another vehicle. After further investigation, the driver of the striking vehicle showed signs of intoxication. The driver (Stephen Liss) was taken into custody and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
The driver (Stephen Liss) has no previous criminal history.

Upon arrival, it was discovered the victim had observed an unknown suspect pulling on vehicle door handles in the 4100 block of Case. The witness stated that once they confronted the subject, the subject threatened to shoot him. Officers searched the area for the subject but were unable to locate the suspect. |
3/12/24 2:55 PM | 24-0121 | Fraud | Officers were dispatched to the 6700 block of Stella Link in regard to a fraud incident that had already occurred. Upon arrival, it was discovered that an unknown suspect had used the victim's card information without their consent. |
3/12/24 3:17 PM | 24-0122 | Virtual Gate Hit | Officers were dispatched to the 5300 block of Buffalo Speedway in regard to a virtual gate camera system alert regarding a stolen vehicle. Officers located the vehicle in the 6600 block of Kirby and detained the occupants. After further investigation, the owner of the vehicle was contacted and wished not to pursue charges. The occupants were released without criminal charges. |

Upon arrival, it was discovered one of the subjects showed signs of intoxication. The subject (Trushal Kavaiya) was placed in custody and charged with Public Intoxication.
