Officers located the vehicle and performed a traffic stop in the 4100 block of Bellaire. After further investigation, it was discovered the vehicle was also stolen. After further investigation, the stolen vehicle was recovered and the occupant was released. Information was relayed to the initial investigating agency for follow up. |
