Upon arrival, an officer observed a vehicle leaving the area without license plates and conducted a traffic stop. The driver, identified as George Robinson, was found to have multiple outstanding warrants and was arrested. Further investigation revealed surveillance footage showing Robinson forcing entry into the building, and burglary tools were found in his vehicle. Robinson was charged with burglary of a building. George Robinson has a criminal history of Criminal Trespass (x2), Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Trespass of a Habitation, Assault-Family Member (X2), Interfering with Public Duties, False ID, Theft (x2), and Driving While License Suspended (X3) |

Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer detected the odor of marijuana. A search of the vehicle uncovered marijuana, burglary tools, and a stolen license plate that did not belong to the vehicle. Further investigation using the Virtual Gate camera system revealed that the vehicle had been in the area before, during, and after the burglary. The driver, Derramy Foster, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. Derramy Foster has a criminal history of Evading (x2), Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of a Controlled Substance (x2), Felon in Possession of a Weapon (x2), Possession of Marijuana (x2), Attempted Deadly Conduct, Aggravated Robbery-Deadly Weapon, Unlawful Use of a Vehicle, and Unlawful Carry of a Weapon. |

The suspect then took the victim's phone and fled the scene. Officers conducted a search of the area and located the suspect, identified as Jarron Chaney.
