The officer located the suspect who matched the description who committed the theft. When approached the suspect refused verbal commands and provided a fictitious identity when detained. Once the suspect was identified, Natasha Jarvis was taken into custody for interference with public duties, failure to ID/ fictitious information and citied for theft. Jarvis transported to the West U jail for processing. Natasha Javis has a previous criminal history of: Injury to a child Assault bodily injury |
